But it's not just about analysis only. It's about healing old scars and wounds. Together, we can help you understand why things are the way they are, what you really want, and how to get there. I draw from expert knowledge, CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness and self-compassion. Because there's no one-size-fits-all solution. Only tailored ones to help you create the life you want.
